1. Services Provided

We offer university selection, application assistance, visa and immigration support, scholarship and financial aid guidance, expertise and experience, personalized approach, comprehensive support, pre-departure guidance, visa guidance, application process support, and counseling. 

2. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services will be free of charge to commencing services. Payments are due as specified directly to the university i.e.: Tuition fees and other applicable payments to University. Failure to make timely payments may result in a suspension of services. 

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation policies and refund terms are specified in your offer agreement. Please review the agreement for details on how to cancel services and the conditions under which refunds may be issued. 

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for our services. Failure to do so may impact the quality and timeliness of our support. 

5. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your personal information. Your data will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. 

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claims arising out of the provision of our services is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. 

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as outlined in the service agreement. 

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and your continued use of our services signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
